Welcome to OraTrack. This agreement is between you (“user”) and Hangzhou Yundongyuan Network Co., Ltd. (“we”).

1. Account Registration

You must register an account to access full features. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information.

2. Services

OraTrack provides health tracking and data syncing services, designed for use with our smart band device.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Illegally access or tamper with our servers;

- Falsify data or interfere with other users’ use.

4. Minors

If under 18, please use this app under guardian supervision.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app. Once deleted, all data will be permanently removed.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by PRC laws. For users in the United States, local laws may also apply.

7. Modifications

We may update or terminate services at any time with notice within the app.
